Shall we discuss Forest Fire, Tundra Fire, and the thick smoke that can make fall hunting nearly impossible. The Brooks Range is where I have had several nightmare hunts because of near zero visibility, and the climbing for mountains inhaling smoke. We have had (Roughly) four years of forest fires being a summer long problem, but if things weather wise don't change this "Could" be a very bad fire year.

I just wanted to bring this to the awareness of those new to Alaska either as hunter/visitors or newish to Alaska resident hunters.

So tell your Alaskan forest fire related experience. Or ask questions on this subject.
