Gang,

I used to order all my fly rod building materials from Angler's Workshop out of WA, but it looks like the got sold/consumed by a big corporate outfit and are now based in Illinois somewhere and their selection/service/etc is nothing what it used to be.

Any in-state or PNW outfits folks might recommend for sourcing this stuff? Looking to build a 9' 5wt 3 or 4 pc travel rod for my daughter so I can get mine back from her ;) Even Patrick's in Seattle doesn't stock rod building materials any longer - thanks!

I second both of the above suggestions, but have bought more from Madison River. I think they may have a larger selection. Good luck

The best array of parts I've seen is at Angler's Workshop. Been buying from them for over 40 years without a whimper of complaint. Most helpful folks on the phone you'll ever encounter, right down to consulting with guide size and design, as well as fit of all the components.
