The feds filed a response to the motion for an injuction and charter operators response.

From page 3 of the feds:

"NMFS recently imposed daily limits on the number of fish each vessel could land."​

This is incorrect. The vessel doesn't land the fish, the sport fisherman lands the fish. This is going to be an interesting fight.​
