Dog running in Anchorage

Does anyone know of good places to maybe turn a beagle loose in anchorage? Id like to get some more video of him running. I was thinking maybe those ski trails behind service high. I remember there being rabbits back there.

or isnt there another big ski trail system up on the hillside?

How about kincaid park?

I just need a big place, with rabbits, and not near a road. Im pretty sure I cant do it at flattop. Seems last time I was there you were not allowed to have your animals harrass wildlife.

I have a spot or two, one is better when ski conditions deteriorate as I don't like having the skiers constantly going by.
