Ok so a buddy and I both drew this tag this year and have been reading a researching on how to get out there.
1. Fly in is out!!!
2. Boat in? we have a 16ft john boat with a 40HP jet. Where can we access from and is it doable to get up the river.
3. Wheelers? we both have 4 wheelers and side by sides. Can we get across anywhere? We think we have narrowed down some areas to get across down by Black Rapids, but that will all depend on the water level. Is there anyone that does a ferry across the Tanana and back for 4 wheelers?
We don't want anyone's secret spot, we just want to make it into the hunting area then we will find our way from there.
