Remember it gets blended (4) four times. So it never really is pure one or the other. It gets blended in the pipeline from the refiner, gets blended at the storage tank (Say in Anchorage), then it gets blended in truck to the station, Then it gets blended in the 10,000 tank at the station, lastly it gets blended in your truck fuel tank. It is never 100% summer fuel with 0% Paraffin added. The real smart puppies like the fuel delivery guys who deliver stove oil, they use summer fuel in there oil furnace, but you need to keep the fuel warm in the tank, lest it jell.
