Got back a couple days ago from DG347. Rain and clouds kept us from seeing much the first day, but the second day was clear. We only found a few goats that were on the extreme ridges. It was very thick briars, brambles and alders...quite a grunt. After being turned back at one chute, we made it to the top ( a couple scary spots) and my partner shot a nice billy. The clouds (with rain, no suprise) returned and sent us home without the second goat.
I am unsure if I can go again, but might be able to if anyone else has the tag and wants to share the expense and the work.
