Recently had some examples of both (A) excellent, and (B) absolutely horrific (seriously), customer service when in a few gun shops in Anchorage.
Was looking to make a retail purchase of a new rifle, considering a few minor upgrades, and left (B) in utter disgust. Unfortunate for everyone involved...
