Why would any think confiscation is a theory? Are people that ignorant? It was instituted only 20 years ago in Kalifornika, was done in New Yoik, and D.C.? And is now going to again be shown in New Yoik on a much larger scale.

It is reality. It is the reason the communists want background checks on ALL sales so they can be run into the NICS database. Don't think for a nanosecond that the database of callers is cleared as was supposed to happen when it was set up. It is the perfect tools for future confiscatory plans. It will supplement the 4473 but using the background checks on private sales will tie up that loose end too. Felonize private sales without a check? Guarantee no free owned firearms. They'd all be on paper, which is the goal.
