nothing I can say would seem adequate but my sympathies go out to Brian and his family. I actually went to school with Brian back in the day and Brian is every bit the gentle soul you might think him to be which right or wrong makes me feel even worse his family is enduring this tragic lose.

An awful loss regardless but when I recognized Brian on the news it home even more. He is a great part of this community and my thoughts are with him and his family.

Thank you, my friends. This is brutally hard. I am especially devastated for my sons.

As one of her dear friends said to me, if the pain we're feeling is in proportion to the fun we had, then we must have had a really f***ing great time.

For those who didn't know her, I thought the ADN did a pretty good job of offering a glimpse of a truly remarkable woman: https://www.adn.com/alaska-news/anc...rage-scuba-diver-dies-in-waters-off-whittier/

Take care of those you love, my friends.

Yes, like myself and others here, we didn't "know" her, but over the years you yourself, with pics and posts, did a fantastic job of sharing a bit of her and your fun filled life together with us all. I always have said that you were a very lucky man. Besides, speaking for myself, seeing that wonderful smile she always seemed to carry with her, gave me a really good idea of the type of person she was. May her bright light carry you through this Brian. God bless....
