What? Is this bizzaro world? The governator wants to exploit mother nature? (of course his previous attempt was unsuccessful - it would have to be the twilight zone bizzaro world if it was ever approved!)
Seems like a job for an army of hollywood funded NIMBYs and CAVE people to step in and stop any sort of responsible development. Or maybe a job for the infamous 9th circuit...
