boat storage in anchorage

Hi, all. I was wondering about storing my 22' boat in the Anchorage area. I usually keep it at my house in the summer or leave it in Seward for short times. This winter however I would like to have an empty driveway and I haven't checked into storage yards. what are the typical rates?

I suspected they would be that high. It was only 35 bucks a month in Seward.

Check them out, I store my truck there all winter and they are very reasonable on prices. They are South of Diamond on Old Seward.
