I have a 19' 1997 Jetcraft, 350 engine (300 horsepower). I'm going to sell it - it's currently winterized (Heavy Weather Boats did it for me). I'd like to sell it sooner than later and want to know if there is a place in Anchorage or the Valley that can get the boat ready to run for the summer and test a boat of this size without having to put it in the water - I know I can do Whittier but I'd prefer to keep it out of salt water - any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Finger lake public access w/o question. Its usually one of the 1st ice free lakes and the launch is nice. Theres no horsepower or size restrictions that I know of

Seems like everyone uses Finger Lake, but even though it is the first to thaw (usually), it's still at least 4 weeks away...

what pump is in the boat? American turbines can be run out of the water on a hose. kodiaks sells a kit to run kodiak and 2 0r 3 stage hami's out of the water on a hose it includes a nozzle plug and a cleanout cover with nozzles to direct water from a hose to the ceramic seal and cutlass bearings, then a seperate hose is run to the motor (heat exchanger) this kit can be made to work on 212's also. most marine shops in anc and the valley should be able to take care of you, if they can fit you in.
