Best way to fix a klim jacket tear

Until recently I would have said send it to KLIM. I had a fabric tear and they charged me repair costs, I heard from other guys and they said the same. Klim's warranty is not worth the paper they print it on, they are very inconsistent. For what they did I could have had a local shop repair it. In the valley I use the Sew together shop. I will be looking for MOTO FIST or HMK the next time I need outer wear.

Doe this have anything to do with polaris now owning Klim??
