Atlantic Towers question and net holders

I have just ordered an Atlantic Towers fishing arch and I can't seem to find out it the bottom tube on the side is round or not and what size. I am in Nevada, the tower is coming from New Jearsy and being shipped to Alaska.

What have you done about a net holder on the bottom side tube. I want to be able to get things going as soon as I get to AK Thanks in Advance!
