Wonder how nosey the neighbors are. A long handled dip net from the front yard might have been just the ticket. Couple of those birds looked like MONSTERS!
Maybe when I get home I'll play that for my lab.

Yeah thinking the dog would have noticed that one, and been in hot pursuit. A mallard hen and her ducklings made their way from the lake across the street and into the dogs pool this past summer, wish I had video footage of that. Could have called it the No Swim Zone.
