Are Mountain Goat "ANTLERS" legal to sell or trade, these days ?????

Yes, Mt Goat horns are legal to sell. As with all other antlers/horns of Alaskan Big Game, they must be detached from the skull plate. Or in this case, removed from the core.
And you may not sell the skull plate.
And you may not sell the skull plate.
