This time of year they could be spread out I would try down by the confluence or blow holding silvers or pinks if there are any still around.

We used to fish Clear Creek on 9/20 for a few years. Found out that streamers would out fish eggs and flesh by a considerable factor. (Something to consider if you've been fishing beads.)

My best day was with a traditional colored (green/white) dolly lama tied on a single long shanked hook. Overall length was in the 2 1/2 - 3" range.
