I made it into Sportsmans near Diamond and Cabela's the other day. Seemed to be a lot of ammunition and reloading supplies at both places. Some powders. I did see 231 at Cabela's with no restrictions on ammunition purchases.

Good to hear. Thanks. Hopefully that's also the situation at our Sportsmans in Fairbanks. Did you happen to notice if there was any shot back in stock in the reloading supplies? I've been looking for shot locally for my recently purchased smooothbore muzzleloader with no luck.

I did not even look for any. Thoughts of another gun purchase were fogging my though process.

Sheel shotgun shells seem to be few and far between. 3.5" shells are non existent. I managed to pick up a box of 3" steel at 3bears today. A couple weeks ago at Sportsmans down here there was no steel available at all.
