Adjustable Gas Block for AR?

I know this is a crazy longshot - but I'm building a 300 whisper upper, and wondered if anyone knew where I could pick up an adjustable gas block?

Making one wouldn't be too hard if you cannot find off-the-shelf. You may have to increase the size of the gas port in the barrel. I found this a "must do" mod to my FAL's to help them work when it gets really cold.

I believe Noveske makes one for use on suppressed ARs.
