They are junk now. Cut them up and throw them away. Don't let others dig them out of the trash. The Vapor Barrier has been compromised and the inner layer of insulation has been contaminated. Don't trust your feet or someone elses to a pair of junk boots. The moisture will freeze your feet faster than you can get the boots off. I would not advocate patching them in any way, shape, form or fashion. ;)

Barge works really well too. You can purchase it at Boot Country off of the Old Seward Hwy. Reasonably priced

Hard to say out loud, but I agree with akres.:D:D(jj)

Sounds like time to scrap the sticky off some bills in the old wallet.

no kidding!

But, I'm sure they're fine and I'll be sure they are properly tested before I get out riding or something with them - it's just the seam on the side of the toe area and it's just starting to lift up...paste it back down and seal it and it should be good to go

and if it's not fine...then it will have to do anyway...there's no bills in the wallet! When I do have the money to replace them they'll become my bonfire boots.

... and yes, you should be fine if it was only starting to lift. Probably not compromised. "A stitch in time..." and all that.

AquaSeal is my favorite fix. I re-do the toes periodically with a coating to help with the wear and tear. I personally have never been able to get ShoeGoo to stick to white bunny boots.
