Adak Island Caribou

I'm wondering what kind of transportation service is available on Adak if we were to fly in on Alaska Air to hunt caribou. Is there air taxi service? Boat transporters? Air taxi would be preferable, but I'm not sure there's enough business there to keep a service operating.

Can anyone offer information regarding the logistics of hunting Adak?

Take a look in the old forum archives. There was a lengthy report given last season that lays out the logistics pretty well, if memory serves me correctly.
