Any updates on the 40 mile caribou hunt.

Very scattered in the northern areas but South of Steese. Almost none in Taylor Highway area.

Hotline hasn't been updated since 17 August. I may try the Macomb herd around Delta this Weekend on the way to Tok/Chicken. I saw 3 beautiful bulls around Donneley dome last weekend, might make a play for some across Jarvis creek.

Doesn't the Macomb hunt end by regulation today? Seems odd for it to end on the 27th, but for some reason that sticks in my head.....

Two friends flew the area today and said next to none in the Taylor hwy area. They did say numerous in the zone two area and further North than normal.
