I'm confused. I wasn't aware that it was legal to take a lynx anywhere in Alaska before November 10th. Where did you say you got him? And were you trapping, predator hunting, or was this an incidental kill?

63" wide and the other one is 59". It was a drop hunt. Amazing

Interior and Northeast Alaska opens November 1st for trapping lynx. Check the regs.

Wonderful. Long, soft, full. No rubs all the insect bites had healed. The belly wasn't white yet but it was a good size cat. 48 inches nose to tail.

I was hoping they would put out a 6 shot 454 Casull but they went with a 5, so ill be getting a 45 Colt SBH.

I was hoping they would put out a 6 shot 454 Casull but they went with a 5, so ill be getting a 45 Colt SBH.

No "hotrodding". Just Hodgon data Ruger only load. 355gr wfn over LilGun at 1200fps. Shot end to end on the 60yd buck. Broadside pass through on the 110yd lung shot.

Ya, one day of solid rain, a little rain on other day but sunny most of the other days. 5 of us, 15 bucks, 1 bear and 1 goat. I climbed the mtn with my buddy and he shot a 8.5 8 7/8 billy, took a bad fall and destroyed the cape so no $ there.
