    Default Monument?

Last fall while flying between the valley and Seldovia I saw this on top of a hill between Turnagain Arm and Skilak lake. I've flown this route for many years and have never seen it before. Anyone know what it is?

Resolution isn't great, but judging by the shape and color, that's a fiberglass shelter for housing mountaintop radio transmitter equipment. Standard equipment now for most all the DOI mountain top sites. DNR and other agencies are using them too.
