    Default Supporting Member question

    I paid $35 to be a supporting member with the money leaving my bank account on 11/23. My profile doesn't reflect the change. I've emailed twice with no answer yet. Can this be rectified?

    Normally wouldn't post this type of question in the forums but no joy going the other route.

    Sir,

    I haven't accessed that email account in some time, but I'll get in to the system and make sure your account is upgraded. I know that Michael Strahan (the site owner) has been traveling for a couple of weeks and might not have been able to take care of this end of things.

    I sent a note to Mike to see if he can take care of this properly through our payment system which generally should upgrade your account manually. If not, I'll take care of this tomorrow evening via other means. I apologize for the delay on this.

    Thanks for your patience with this! As Brian mentioned, my wife and I were traveling, and I didn't have safe access to the system during that time. Normally this process is automatic, but we must have hit a snag in this case. Regardless, you should be good to go now. Please advise if there are additional difficulties!
