Default The hardest Alaska book to find

Selected Alaska Hunting and Fishing Tales Volume 1. I can't find it for love or money! I have 2,3 and 4. I would pay $50 if anybody has one.

Apparently there was no Vol. 1....Rasmuson Library lists the previous title to Vol. 2 as, the "Alaska Sportsmans Alaska Hunting Annual" of 1970...they have a copy:

It's been almost ten years to the day since the last remnants of the Alaska Northwest Publishing Company filed for Chapter 7....sad, we'll probably never see their like again...

    Thanks. Mystery solved.
If anyone wants a volume 2, I have an extra.

I might want Volume 2, depending on price.

in fact if you want to sell the rest i'll buy the rest of the books if you no longer want them because of the missing vol 1.

Guys, as far as I know, .338 has claimed Vol. 2. Sorry, wish I had more, but it isn't too hard to find.

Well, I have voumes 2,3,and 4 that I would part with. No idea what their value is. In fact, I have lots of alaskana outdoor literature which I am considering unloading as it is time for me to start thinking about downsizing.
