Had a positive interaction with Beretta recently.
I had shipped a pretty expensive jacket to my brother. I sent it to a secure building and the front desk signed for it. My brother never received it. To file a claim I needed some shipping information and requested such from Beretta. They responded within a couple of days with the info.
After a couple of weeks of fruitless effort with the shipping and building claim I was about to write it off. Out of the blue I get an email from Beretta that they credited my account for the cost of the coat. Sweet! I never asked them for any help as they had done their part.
