I know there are many ways but anyone else here like to use a real copper penny for gun rust? After seeing this video I always make sure to have a supply of old copper pennies in my cleaning kit. I even wrote a little article about it too. Enjoy and hopefully it is helpful to you...
I wrote an article awhile back on the 10mm. I hear a lot of woodsman like it while others hate it. What are your own personal thoughts on the 10mm? http://ericnestor.com/the-10mm-might-in-a-small-package/
I did a review on the Lynx-12 Shotgun. It certainly is a tough weapon that got me curious if any of you pack and Saiga style shotguns out in the bush? Thoughts? Anyway here is my review, enjoy! http://www.ericnestor.com/gun-review-sds-imports-lynx-12-semi-automatic-shotgun/
I have been on here for about 10 years but decided to give a shout out to my own personal website. Lots of gear reviews, gun articles and outdoors articles. Stop by and have a read if you like. Many thanks!
So far I have no complaints and it held up well in my review. Has anyone dropped anything bigger than a deer with it up north yet? Thoughts? http://www.ericnestor.com/archery-review-hickory-creek-mini-in-line-vertical-bow/
Check out the article I wrote for www.wideopenspaces.com and let me know what you think.

I wear a standard medium width size 9 shoe. Looking into getting a pair of good white military bunny boots. What size would I buy to wear with standard wool hunting socks? Also, what are good web sites to get them from? Thanks! :topjob:
Looking at possibly renting in a year or so in the Fairbanks area, to start atleast, until the career is found. Best areas that are decent at this point? We have been looking online and are in sticker shock...going to U.A.F. online for a Masters in Environmental Geology currently and planing on...
Just picked up a sweet vintage wool hat with felt lining and fold down ears. It fits, but a bit on the tight side. Was wondering the best way to get a bit more room by stretching it. Was thinking of soaking it in cold water and then wearing until dry. Any other ideas or better ways? Thanks! :topjob:
I am looking at getting some green cow hides from a friend and I would like to tan them. What is the easiest way to do this in my home, minus using the bath tub and harmful chemicals? What is best way for hair on, and what is the best way for hair off? Thanks!
