I've heard of bulls dropping their rack already and today I caught up with three bulls bedding together. One very nice bull maybe over 60, one about 45-50 and a bullwinkle. I was suprised to say the least. Anyway, if one was to have a late season permit :D would calling still be effective?
First of I shoot an 06 Tomcat wth a WB that I have loved since the day I purchased it. I've shot two Caribou and a Moose and have done nothing to the bow exept shoot and maintain it like new. I shoot Easton Axis arrows and have since the day I bought my bow. Well as anyone whose been up the hall...
I will be taking some out of town guests on the little Sue in a 16ft G3 this thursday and friday. Any recomendations would be great as I've only floated this and have never fished it but boat. What have you guys found that works well and more importantly what does not?
Anyone know what the conditions are like out that way?? How much did they get? Does the Island get pretty much what Cordova gets? Any help would be great..
My hunting partner found out his week he will be heading out of town the very week we have our Hinchinbrook BB hunt planed and he has the boat... This sucks...
Any one have any thoughts about these. I'm going to get a set but I'm not sure if I want the 12x40 ar the 10x40's. How well do they focus at less than 50 yards? I've heard that the 12x40's are blurry under 50 but the site didnt say if the 10x40's did the same.
Any thoughts good or bad would be...

Does anyone have any suggestions from experiance for this hunt. I grew up hunting in Northern Idaho so I'm used to later season hunts but I have no experiance with Moose at this time of year 15 Dec - 15 Jan. I have access to the base so that will not be an issue..
I cant wait.....
Thanks...
