Came across these on boater talk. http://wildgooseengineering.com/home/?page_id=64 A bit more than NRS fittings, but the ability to mount a flat top (wood/aluminum) on top of the rails would be pretty slick on some fishing setups. Interesting adjustable oar tower design too.
