OK! I'm in a good mood, (just got a good buy on a great gun), so.....

I will answer five questions, about guns and shooting, absolutely free, for the next 24 hours.

    OK....I'll bite

    1. What "great gun" did you get?

    2. How much more is it worth than what you gave for it?

    3. What are you going to use it for?

    4. What needs to be done to it to "accurize" it?

    5. Will my S&W 629 in .44 mag kill a charging brown bear?

          Answer

          Chilly.

The name of my shooting school and range way back in the lower forty eight.

Built on about eighty acres of rocky ground in southern Missouri. It will be revitalized and made larger and restored to full operation again in a couple of years. Sort of a poor mans Gunsight Ranch.

We teach young and old rifle and pistol marksmanship, with special attention given to defensive pistol.

          Good shootin'.

              You should take this cereally

              Reuben,

I'm no a chevy guy but if there were 468,322,984 Fords in this world and ony one Chevy, I'd be driving a Chevy. This is sorta like a 1906 Marlin lever gun, even if you don't like lever guns.

                5 Each??

Well heck, if Ida known it was 5 each, Id have posted earlier!

                1) Whats the best powder to launch a 200 gr. Nosler Partition from an 8x57 JS Mauser with a short (~18") barrel?

                2) Buffer for steel 12ga loads: necessity or hype?

                3) For a friend buying a first hunting rifle: Model 70, 700, or 77?

                4) What's the ideal trigger pull weight for a rifle you will carry hunting?

                5) Where's the best moose hunting spot in the state? (GPS coordinates will be fine).
