    What would determine C.O.L. would be the crimping groove location on the bullet and the length of the cylinder.

    Well, I don't load for .480 Ruger, but since you haven't had any other replies yet, you could check out the data Hodgdon has online at http://www.hodgdon.com

    They have data for Cast Performance's 370 and 405 grain bullets.
