Is Hercules the same as Herco?

I have an old 1lb can of Hercules powder coming on a trade and I wanted to know if it's the same reloading data as Herco.

Nope, Hercules was a company that later turned into Alliant, where Herco is a powder put out by that company (under both names). Hercules powder could be anything from Bullseye, Red Dot, Green Dot, Blue Dot, Unique, Herco, 2400, and maybe one or two others.
