    Sidekick Scratcher, Got Just ONE?

    I put a pair of Sidekick Scratchers on my sled. Apparently I didn't tighten them on well enough because at the end of the ride I only had one. Whoops.

    Anyone out there have a single Slidekick Scratcher they want to sell? Maybe you lost one like I did or found one or bought a pair to replace a lost one and have an extra one sitting around. Anyway - if you have one I'm interested in taking it off your hands. Thanks.

    The cable style hook tip scratches, those are now sold as singles also. I picked up a single from Heather at House of Yamaha in Big Lake three weeks ago. They do have to be snug, especially the left side. You might be wondering how I know that. :-(

        Party Chief: Thanks for letting me know that they sell singles. I lost my left side one too!

        Trail Boss: I did use Blue Locktite, but I didn't use enough or let it run out of the threads or something. If I really want it fixed right, I should bring it to you. You fix stuff for free for fellow forum members, right?! ;-)

              Everyone looses the left side due to the threads and vibration. All it would take is to get the mfgr to use reverse threads and bolt for the left side and a dab of blue locktite to seal the deal.

                I use the red and a torque wrench, the bolt still loosened up but didn't come apart. I think maybe a stud with a poly lock nut on it might have been the way to go, or at least fine threaded bolts. Other than that I really like the product
