  • Anyone need help picking up poop?

No, this isn't a joke. My sister is up visiting and was hoping to see sled dogs. I have no idea where to take her and figured if anyone needs help picking up poop tomorrow morning she'd probably love to help.

I did, only because when we first moved up here we went on a dog sled tour at a bed and breakfast and I hate to say it but one of the coolest parts was feeding the dogs in the morning and picking up poop. This wasn't part of the tour thing but I'm not good at watching someone else work so I picked up a shovel and helped. My sister is in town for a couple days and told me this afternoon she'd really like to see a sled dog team so I figured seeing a dog yard might suffice.

Several years ago our boys did a dog sled ride with this kennel.

They were great. Worth a phone call.

            Plettner Kennels.

Don't know if Linda is still running dogs.

Basically what I'm hearing from south central is that the trails are so bad that nobody's taking riders. (Trails are pretty grim up here, too).
