Two cabins on star lake situated on a peninsula. Its just a couple miles up the Tal from the mouth. Both need TLC. One is ok and we stay there in winter sometimes but I don't have time to keep it up (hell, we barely use the place). The other is basically a gear shed tho there are bunks/woodstove in there etc and could be made into a cabin again with work.
To do- Pike in the lake, walk to the tal to fish in about 5 mins. Moose, bear, snow machine.
Access- Pretty established snow machine trail to within a mile or 2. Summertime- cub/beaver on floats or you can land on wheels (cub type) and hike to it via a decent trail......you CAN get there by boat but its not very convenient IMO.
"Stuff"- Two boats (one dang nice), 2 or 3 newish motors, nice newer dock, and basically every dish/tool etc stays.

--I think the boats/gear/land is likely worth that before you add in cabins.
