  • Hibernation ?

I have a stupid question and everybody just laughs at me when I ask them but I really want to know so I was hoping someone here could help.

When a bear wakes up after hibernating all winter dose it go back to sleep that night?

Well since a hibernating bear will wake up during the winter and sometimes come out of the den, then return and go back to sleep, i would think the answer is yes. :)

      Yep

After coming out of hibernation, it usually takes several days to get in to the swing. They usually remain close to the den and lounge/sleep until they leave to start looking for food.

It might, but then if it wakes up during the day, it might go to sleep before it gets night.
