Ok, I know I don't triple the yeast...but i thought I read where you don't triple up on the acid blend or something....can't remember
But, my cherry wine recipe calls for 3lbs Oregon can per 1 gl batch...
1.5 Tsp acid blend
1 tsp yeast nutrient
1.5 tsp Pectic enzyme
1/4 tsp tannin
1.5 lbs sugar
should I triple this recipe for 3 gls?
made a port cherry that basically tripled the berries and sugar...mmmmm, mmmmm....it was good! This is a quick cheapie wine for the card games!
