Anyone have a good recipe for beaver? I've had it in the past but always pretty disguised flavor wise- as in soaked in BBQ sauce. Just curious what others have done with them.
I like to boil mine with some salt. Making sure that I scoop off the foam.
After boiling it (maybe a couple hours or so), I place in a pan and roast with some veggies. Pretty darn good. I do use sauce but not a lot. Beaver is quite tasty. Back side is better than front side.
