  • Jalepeno Moose Sausage

    This turned out great! I used a premix and used the 25lb seasoning with 20lbs of 2/3 moose and pork shoulder for a stronger taste. I smoked it for nearly 10 hours in my smoker until the inside was at 152 degrees.
