  • Vacuum sealing in mat-su

    Looking to freeze some sockeye fillets and wondering if a neighbor around Palmer / wasilla has a high quality chamber sealer and might help me out. Happy to provide packaging. Timeframe would be in the next 48 hours, i mostly can / smoke but some of these fillets are so nice want to seal and freeze. send a pm. Thanks.

    Was it THAT good down there?

    We still need to run that float soon.

    No chamber sealer here, but the neighbor has one, and I've already texted him. Will PM if I get a go ahead.

      These are the coppery variety from a solstice meat run, but yeah I'd still like to go float

      Still looking for some help with this. I'm off Palmer fishhook.
