  • Toyostove Questions........?

OK, it looks like the OM-22 has been replaced by the OM-23.......Why.....?

Can any of them be set as low as 40* my neighbors only goes as low as 55*....???

Which is more gooder for a small cabin OM-23 or the Laser 30........????

    Where to buy......?
ALASKA is a "HARD COUNTRY for OLDMEN". (But if you live it wide'ass open, it is a delightful place to finally just sit-back and savor those memories while sipping Tequila).

Update.....None of the Toyos can be set lower than 50* which is a bummer. So I just ordered the Black Laser 30 for delivery next week.

      setting temp

You can trick your toyo by setting the temp sensor near a small light bulb that puts out some heat. the sensor then thinks it is warmer than it is. It takes some experimenting to get the right distance. But it does work.

I heat my garage with a Toyo and to get below 50, I hung the sensor from the ceiling just above the stove......not perfect but the temperature at knee height is 40.
