A comment on the snare thread below is that you never no what you might catch so use heavy enough equipment to hold legal furbearers. I have caught and held wolverine in coyote snares that were attached with 9 guage wire. Here is a pic of the first fur of the season a 36 Lber. Castor mound set with a 330 conibear.
