Nonres permit fees

My dad is wanting to come up here for a hunt next year. He is a nonresident. I have tried to find out how much it will cost for him to apply for permits. All I can find is the five dollar charge. Is it five dollars for nonresidents and residents or is there additional charges for nonresidents.

It's $5 depending on the animal. Also he needs a non resident hunting lic to apply for a permit.
