I recently purchased a 12 gauge side by side Mauser and I am trying to attach a date and value to the gun.

I believe it was made in South Africa (where I live) under licence by Musgrave. The gun in in excellent condition but is still at a gun shop while I await licensing so I cannot give any markings etc. at this point. I know it says Mauser and Musgrave on the gun.

Anyone with any knowledge or feedback? Does anyone know where I might find some information?
