Resurrection river area

I might head up resurrection river trail in Seward this may or June for bear. Does anyone have any experience or advice about the trail and hunting up there?

Nope, I've ever hunted out of Seward, but I have seen lots of black bears down there. If it wasn't so far away, I would like to hunt black bears down there. I've seen lots of them on the trail on the way up to the Harding Ice Field and once when I was building a shed for a friend of mine down there, a black bear ran right across his lawn in the middle of the daytime.

Been many years but I tried biking the trail from the Exit Glacier road. got maybe 4 miles before trail disappeared. I do know river floods routinely and trail is underwater in few places. https://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/chug...13396&actid=51 Not an easy trail.

Thanks for the response. Did you ever cross either stream? If I went I might bring a small raft and a rope and I’d try to make it to the cabin.
