Is it legal to retrieve antler sheds with a helicopter? Where can one find these regs?

I don't know either, but I do know I used to see a lot of sheds from the air when I used to work out of Iliamna. There were plenty I would have liked to pick up, but alas, the politics involved in the project did not allow for such tomfoolery.
I will tell you though that a big set of moose sheds is tough to fit in a jet ranger. One in the cheek pod, and one wedged in the in the backseat, and you can get a matched set of 60" sheds back to Birchwood
