Looks like a real Alaka hunt. Congratulations on a super nice bull! Zack is a great guy and pilot, glad he is getting some business up there.

Man, that sounds more like a Sheep hunt than a Moose hunt. You fellows did some serious packing!! Great effort, you'll remember that hunt all your life.

Good article man...way to get out there and get it done in the mnts with your buddy. Lots of people dont realize that some of the best moose hunting in the state is in hard to access areas in the mnts away from "classic" lowlands habitat and the crowds,boats and wheelers. Its alot tougher hunting and packing of course...but can be rewarding, as you found out.
