Anybody else going to the certification field day tomorrow in Fairbanks?

Yeah. My buddy said they meet at the indoor shooting range on college, then go to the fairgrounds. I have not heard one word from the powers that be, though. I'm going to go poke around there today and check out the area around the course, and maybe go by the range and see if there is a sign or something.

I took the cert about a year ago. I am trying to find out for a friend of mine who wants to go to the north slope with me. You won't see anything at the range. The best thing is to stop by outdoor rec and see if they are having the shoot.

I did go by the indoor range and the hunter ed guy was there. If you took the online bow cert test, you meet there at 9:00. I think there may be one spot left, too, if your friend wants in on that. Just have to have your printout from the computer test.
